Starting a New Site with Editor X
When you first create an account on Editor X, you'll land on the platform's dashboard. Here, you can manage your existing websites or start a new one. For this demo, we'll create a new site by selecting the Editor X platform.
You'll be greeted by a splash screen with two options: start from a blank canvas or use one of the many beautiful pre-built templates provided by the platform. For the purpose of our demo, let's choose a template to save time and get a feel for how the Editor X workspace operates.
Exploring the Editor X Workspace
Editor X boasts an intuitive and easy-to-navigate workspace. On the left-hand side, you'll find the main toolbar, which includes additive elements such as images, text, shapes, and more. The right-hand side features the Inspector panel, where you can make detailed changes and adjustments to the elements on the canvas.
At the top of the workspace, you'll see the Actions Bar, which provides access to essential features such as responsiveness settings, preview mode, and publishing options. The bottom section shows the Layers panel, where you can manage the various design elements and layers on your website.

Adding and Editing Elements
Adding elements to your website is as simple as dragging and dropping them from the left-hand toolbar onto the canvas. Once you've placed an element, you can easily resize, move, or delete it using the on-canvas controls.
To edit the properties of an element, select it and navigate to the Inspector panel on the right. Here, you can adjust several attributes, such as font, color, opacity, and so on. The Inspector panel is the go-to spot for making detailed customizations to any element on your website.
Responsive Design Magic with Breakpoints
One of the defining features of Editor X is the seamless handling of breakpoints, allowing your website to look flawless on any screen size or device. Setting up breakpoints is a breeze in the platform – just head over to the Actions Bar and select the "Breakpoints" option.
From here, you can add, edit, or remove breakpoints to ensure your website adapts its layout and content for optimal viewing on various devices. This powerful tool enables you to create a truly responsive and professional-looking website, without the need for any coding knowledge.
Business Apps and Custom Code
Editor X goes the extra mile by integrating a vast array of business apps that you can use to enhance your website's functionality. From eCommerce to appointment scheduling, the platform has got you covered.
For more experienced users or those wanting to add custom functionality to their websites, Editor X offers its proprietary code platform, which allows you to write, edit, and implement custom code using GitHub.
