RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and optimize user interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on delivering seamless and engaging user experiences.
• Develop visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with our brand identity and strategic goals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to support cross-functional teams in developing and enhancing products.
• Collaborate with content creators, marketers, developers, and other stakeholders to develop creative campaigns, ensure alignment across all digital touchpoints, and execute design strategies for new products and services.
• Design and optimize user interfaces, dashboards, and data visualizations that are both functional and visually appealing.
• Stay ahead of emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to deliver cutting-edge solutions, maintaining and evolving design systems and guidelines for consistency across projects.
• Manage and collaborate with external vendors, such as photographers, videographers, and graphic designers, to produce high-quality visual elements consistent with the brand identity.
• Providing creative direction and mentorship to team members, and lead team meetings and creative reviews to ensure all work aligns with the brand vision and standards.

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, UI/UX design, visual communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in interface design, data visualization and digital graphics. 
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and prototyping tools like InVision or Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and front-end development constraints.
• Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows for both mobile and desktop applications. 
• Experience in designing banners for digital campaigns (e.g., social media, web, display ads).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics and an understanding of how design translates into development is a plus.
• Strong skills in typography, color theory, and layout design for digital mediums.
• Familiarity with animation design tools and processes (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Lottie, or similar) is a nice-to-have.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts to cross-functional teams and  stakeholders. stakeholders
