Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer

Job Type: Full-time/ Remote

Work Hours: PST working hours

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their design career to gain hands-on experience working on a variety of digital and print projects in a fast-paced, direct-to-consumer environment. You’ll work closely with our Senior Designer and marketing team to create compelling, on-brand visuals that drive engagement and tell the company’s story.

Responsibilities:

  • Design Production:
    • Create and adapt designs for email campaigns, social media, website, paid ads, and other marketing channels.
    • Assist with print design needs, such as packaging, inserts, and out-of-home materials.
    • Ensure all assets are optimized for their intended platform and meet technical requirements.
  • Creative Support:
    • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative design concepts.
    • Contribute to seasonal campaigns, product launches and other brand initiatives.
  • Brand Consistency:
    • Uphold the company's visual identity by ensuring designs align with brand guidelines.
    • Provide fresh ideas while maintaining consistency across all platforms and channels.
  • File Management:
    • Organize and maintain design files to ensure a streamlined workflow.
    • Prepare final artwork files for print and digital delivery with technical accuracy.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of design experience, preferably in a direct-to-consumer or e-commerce setting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Ability to create engaging, on-brand designs that resonate with the target audience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and take feedback constructively.

Nice-to-have:

  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing software (After Effects, Premiere) is a bonus.
  • Illustration or photography skills are a plus but not required.
