- Work closely with product managers, developers, and senior designers to contribute to new features and improvements.
- Participate in user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to refine design solutions.
- Help maintain and evolve the company’s design system to ensure consistency across products.
- Learn and apply UX/UI best practices while receiving mentorship and guidance from experienced designers.
- Prepare design assets and documentation to support the development team.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members
ACADEMIC TRAINING
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program in Design, Content Writing, or related fields.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools (we primarily use Figma).
- A portfolio (academic, personal, or project-based) showcasing design work, user flows, or prototypes.
- Understanding of fundamental UX/UI principles, interaction design, and visual design concepts.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn from feedback.
- Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented, iterative design process.
