The role:
- Contribute to design vision by setting clear goals that align with the company strategy, business and user needs.
- Execute end-to-end design process – Drive ideation, prototyping, and refinement from concept to execution.
- Conduct user research & testing – Gather insights on user needs, behaviours, and pain points to inform design decisions.
- Design intuitive interfaces & interactions – Create seamless, accessible, and user-friendly experiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
- Leverage data & analytics – Use design testing, KPIs, and metrics to optimize designs for business and user impact.
- Develop and maintain design systems – Ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
- Stay ahead of trends & best practices – Continuously learn and integrate new design methodologies and technologies.
Experience
Candidates should have proven product design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing their work. They should possess expertise in market and user research, design thinking, prototyping, interaction design, and usability testing. A deep understanding of human-computer interaction principles is essential, along with the ability to comprehend user needs, motivations, and behaviour. A passion for sustainable practices and a collaborative spirit will ensure your success in this role.
